I've coached and consulted with executives as a Strategic HR Business Partner and Organization Development leader for more than 25 years. In my experience, the best leaders effectively manage teams and complexity because they effectively manage themselves. My mission: Help leaders and their teams get out of their own way, tap into their innate strengths, and show up the way they aspire to.


I hold a Masters of Education in Human Resources Development from Colorado State University. I am a Certified Executive Coach (Center for Executive Coaching), Certified Brain Based Coach (Neuroleadership Group) and Positive Intelligence Coach. 


My passion for helping companies, teams, and individuals achieve their full potential drives my approach to work and life. We all have the answers inside us—it’s my joy to help you discover them.  

When I’m not at my desk you can find me on the bike, the dance floor, or walking Mozzi, the C2 mascot. She reminds me of the most important things in life: do things that make your butt wiggle, reward yourself with treats, and never pass up the opportunity for a long nap.
