I know you're busy and don't have hours to spend in "traditional" training.  So I don't do that!  ElevateHer combines self-directed learning, small group learning, and one-on-one coaching for a truly unique and transformational journey.

Bite-sized and Customized

Your learning experience is app-guided!  Weekly hour-long videos deliver deep experiential exploration of the week's focus.  15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to build new skills and lasting habits.  All customized to your learning needs and daily schedule.

Community Support

But you're not alone!  Each week you'll meet virtually with your cohort of like-minded leaders (up to 6 of you) in a 1-hour facilitated group coaching session.  You'll reinforce your weekly experience by learning from others and discover new avenues of support.

9 One-on-One Coaching Sessions

And you get to work with a coach!  The first 8 weeks of ElevateHer includes 3 personal one-hour coaching sessions (virtual) to set your goals and reinforce the foundational skills your developing.  Then you'll enjoy 6 monthly individual sessions so you can master your new skills.
